Cal State Offers trust deed investors a complete and comprehensive collection service.
- A few days after receipt of the borrowers payment, a check is mailed to you or to your bank for credit to your account.
- Your check stub will show a complete itemization of the payment received.
- We provide statements to you monthly.
- Payment coupons are provided to the borrower.
- Statements are provided to the borrower both annually and at their request.
- Telephone communication with the borrower is provided, as necessary, for status of account or collection follow-up.
- Late notices are mailed to the borrower on the 6th, 11th and 19th day following due date of payment.
- Notice of Default letter with intention to foreclose is mailed to the borrower between the 20th and the 30th day following the due date of payment.
- As your agent, we will arrange for the recording of a Notice of Default and other foreclosure proceedings as required.
