Loan includes your loan plus any senior loans. Value is established by an independent appraisal. (Example: $100,000 appraisal qualifies for a $65,000 loan).

The conservative loan to value means your investment has built-in value and security. Should a borrower fail to make his payments you may own real estate worth more than the value of your investment.

This security, plus the high interest payments, make trust deed investing an important investment option.
